OB Mill

OB Mill is a beads mill specially designed for grinding of slurry with high viscosity as well as high solid concentration, which are usually ground by open type 3-roll mill. Further, as it is designed also for easy Dismantling and cleaning, its application field covers food, supplement, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, electronic material and fine chemical, etc.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. Capability to grind high viscosity slurry
   OB Mill can treat high viscosity slurry of 30～60Ｐａ・S, which conventional beads mill cannot cope with.
   
2. Capability to grind high solid concentration slurry
   OB Mill can treat high solid concentration slurry, by which high productivity can be obtained.
   
   
3. Easy dismantling and cleaning
   Rotor and beads separator can be taken out simply by unscrewing each one bolt and the entire chamber can easily be washed.
   
   
4. Versatile performance for various applications
   OB Mill has wide range of applications from low to high viscosity slurries, like ink, pigment, cosmetic, food paste, electronic material, supplement, etc.。
