Roller Compactor model FT
Roller compactor model FT is a continuous dry granulation machine with vertical roll arrangement and with horizontal feed screw, which enables its versatile performance.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Powder with very low bulk density can be treated
Light powder containing large volume of air can be granulated by combination of feed hopper, horizontal screw and de-aeration device. - Powder with high fluid property can be granulated
By optimal combination of roll vertical arrangement and horizontal screw powder with high fluidity can be granulated. - Versatile performance to cope with various applications
The press rolls are designed for wide range of pressure to make various granule toughness from soft to hard. - High product yield
By optimal selection of de-aerator and of breaker high product yield can be achieved. - High capacity
