Turbo Disk Mill (specially designed for resin pellet grinding)

Turbo Disk Mill has a pair of grinding disks with edged radial grooves on inner sides, and pellets are fed through the inlet at the centre of fixed disk. Grinding takes place in the gap between the two disks and ground product is diskharged by the suction air-stream.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. Good product particle shape
   As the size reduction is made by means of shearing, particle shape of product is less fibrous.
   
   
2. Easy control of ground product size
   Product size can be controlled by adjustment of gap between two disks and by the selection of edged groove pitch on the disk.
   
   
3. Lower operation costs
   Comparing with conventional impact crusher the same throughput can be obtained with nearly half energy consumption.
   
   
4. Effective cooling devices
   Rotating disk is cooled by air-stream and fixed disk is cooled by water.
   
   
5. Easy maintenance
   By opening front door entire inner part of the mill becomes accessible. etc.
